Can I return my order?
Paloma Tallow will only accept a return for exchange or refund if the products have not been used and are returned in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. No exchange or refund will be issued for products returned in opened or damaged packaging.
Paloma Tallow does not accept returns or exchanges for sale items.
For eligible refunds, Paloma Tallow will refund the purchase cost of the product(s), minus shipping and handling fees, within 7 business days.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the package arrives safely at our warehouse. If your returned order is lost in transit and there is no tracking, Paloma Tallow cannot be held responsible for the return and may be unable to issue a refund or offer an exchange.

Can I arrange an exchange or refund after returning my order?
Once your product has been returned to our warehouse, we will notify you by email to discuss your options for receiving an exchange or refund.

Incorrect or defective products
If you have received a product different from what you ordered, or a damaged or defective product, please provide us with the details (including a photo) within 14 days of receipt. We will assess whether an exchange is possible and provide you with instructions accordingly.
Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line of your email so we can easily locate your order and process your request quickly.
Missing items
Please contact our customer service at: contact@palomatallow.com so we can arrange for the replacement of any missing products.
