Does the beef tallow in the balm have a smell ?

Our beef tallow is naturally deodorized using high-pressure steam, eliminating any odor.

Where does beef tallow come from ?

We work with two partner farms, located in Ireland and the Netherlands, to ensure a sufficient supply of high-quality beef tallow. This dual collaboration allows us to efficiently meet demand while maintaining our standards of excellence.

Are you certified organic ?

Due to European regulations, our products cannot benefit from organic certification, as the ritual slaughter required for halal certification is not compatible with the standards imposed by the organic label.

Is the beef tallow used in Paloma Tallow products halal ?

Yes, our beef tallow is halal certified.

Why is my Tallow Balm hard ?

The texture of the balm may vary with temperature. The colder it is, the harder it will be. Simply warm it slightly between your hands to make it easier to apply.

Why is beef fat absent from conventional cosmetics ?

Over the past century, animal fats have been phased out of medicinal and cosmetic products, replaced by synthetic and petrochemical substances deemed more practical and cost-effective by the industry. At Paloma Tallow, we are proud to revive this time-honored tradition by reintroducing beef tallow into our skincare products, allowing everyone to benefit from its many benefits.

Where should I apply my Tallow balm ?

Tallow Balm can be applied to all parts of the body, including the face, and is also suitable for skin prone to problems such as eczema, irritation or extreme dryness.

Thanks to its nourishing and restorative properties, it soothes, deeply hydrates and promotes skin regeneration.

It can also be used on burns and scars to improve their appearance, while remaining gentle and suitable for sensitive skin.

How can I track my order ?

📦 To track your order , simply use the tracking number that will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped. You can track the status of your package directly from our "Order Tracking" section, accessible at the bottom of our site.

What are the shipping times ?

Your order is carefully prepared within 24 to 48 hours before being shipped.

Can you deliver to my country ?

🌍 We ship to many countries around the world, but some destinations are not served:

  • France DOM-TOM , Argentina , Ukraine , Cuba , Iran , Libya , Sudan , Syria , Turkmenistan .

⚠️ Note: If we cannot deliver to your country, you will not be able to complete your order during checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order ?

We process orders within 24 to 48 hours. The time it takes to receive your order will depend on the delivery method you select at checkout.
